Entry Update Not working

    have entries. Added a few additional fields. Manually updating these fields.

    entries > entry 1 > edit > modify fields > update

    the fields added (new) did not update.

    How do I fix it?

    update: you can not add data into the new fields but you can update the existing. How can i save the data in the new fields?

    resolved: this does not work if the field is a custom field but does work in the number field.

    issue is still there but I used a work around.
