ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE on redirect

  1. Hi,

We have an issue on a website, when the page redirect is configured we receive the "Error 324 (net::ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE): The server closed the connection without sending any data." when the form is submitted.

The form in question is here - http://www.safarihotelsnamibia.com/safari-court-hotel/booking-form/

We can confirm that the entry is being captured regardless of the error, we've also checked wp-debug but no specific error regarding the issue is being logged.

    Installation Status

    PHP Version 5.3.10
    MySQL Version 5.1.54
    WordPress Version 3.4.1
    Gravity Forms Version 1.6.4.5.4

Do you possibly have any insight as to what the issue might be?

    Thank you.

Where do you have the page redirect configured to go to?

  3. Hi David,

Thank you for the reply, it should go to this page - http://www.safarihotelsnamibia.com/thank-you-for-your-booking/ We've set it via the page selector and via the redirect option, but both have the same result.

Can you send me admin login details to peralty@rocketgenius.com so I can log in and take a look?

  5. Hi David,

It appears that the issue is unrelated to the plugin, the error is occurring due to some miss-configuration with the hosting's MTA - we've handed over the issue to their hosting company.
