i just purchased your form but it is not working. I try to click on the fields to create a new form and it doesnt do anything. i try to activate the other theme and deactive all the other plugins but it still not working. Please help?

If you have already tested for theme and plugin conflicts using these instructions http://rkt.gs/testing the next step would be to find out how much RAM your PHP and WordPress have available. Please post that information and we'll go from there.
The amount of RAM available to PHP should be visible when using a phpinfo () command.
It's also possible something went wrong with the initial installation and re-installing will help you. Please make sure your WordPress installation is up to date as well.

If you have already done the testing from the link that Chris put up, then your next best bet is to contact Hostgator, and give them the information relating to your available PHP and WordPress memory.
I just received the information and it is memory_limit = 256M

256M is normally enough RAM. If you're unable to add fields to your form, it's normally:
Can you please verify that none of those things are true in your case?
Also, can you try a different browser to see if there is an issue there?
