Error 404 When Duplicate Forms Submitted

  1. Gravity Forms is an awesome product and works great until I duplicate a form. The duplicate form's fields show up and function properly but when I click on the submit button it returns and displays an Error 404. I noticed that the url has a :/ at the end of the it,
    'http://www.solidwoodworks.com/:/'
    instead of this,
'http://www.solidwoodworks.com/?gf_page=preview&id=28' which returns a Thanks page.
I've tested this in both the Gravity form preview and on a test page receive the same results.
I've disabled all plugins, and reinstalled Gravity Forms. Using the current version of Gravity forms.
I'm currently using the WooCommerce Canvas theme.

I use Gravity forms as product options and it would be faster and more accurate to be able to copy the forms from a couple templates verses manually creating each form for each individual product.

  2. I believe that means the form confirmation is either blank or didn't get carried over properly. Quick fix, edit the confirmation and save it again. It may or may not have data. See if that helps.
