Error Message after submit

  1. Any ideas how to fix this? I just purchased, installed, and created a simple form w/ Gravity Forms. This is after hitting submit on contact form at http://thetechbyte.com/contact

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class phpmailerException in /home/pakimwood/TheTechByte.com/wp-includes/class-phpmailer.php on line 2531

    Thank you!

Can you try the following to see if there is a plugin conflict taking place here please:

  3. Alrighty. I found the plugin with the conflict. Problem is... it's my hefty membership plug in :( Where do I go from here... I want both :)

Can you let them know about the issue? Can you also link us to the membership plugin?

  5. Sure. I will contact their support department. http://digitalaccesspass.com/ is the plug in.
I hope this can get resolved, it looks like you have a great product and comes highly recommended.

  6. Hello, I've got the same problem with the same plugin. (DigitalAccessPass). Can't use your plugin with it.

  7. @cyclebob, have you contacted DigitalAccessPass and asked your question there? What error are you receiving?

  8. I haven't yet, but I will. Here's the code that I get when someone hits the submit button:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class phpmailerException in /home/athlete/public_html/wp-includes/class-phpmailer.php on line 0

Here's the page that I noticed the error: http://athletesaudio.com/almost-ready/ , but every Gravity form that I've used (on other pages) does the same thing.

  9. Oddly enough, I cannot find a reference to phpmailerException in the Gravity Forms plugin files. My guess is that the DigitalAccessPass plugin is using that function, and it's duplicating the name of a WordPress function, or even trying to include the same file again. I don't have access to that plugin to check. It might be a simple fix. It will be on their end though, not with WordPress or Gravity Forms, I don't think.
