For usability, I (admin) would appreciate getting an email notification when a user encounters an error. Before using GF (which I love), I used a custom form script which included an error notification. It was immensely useful in improving usability and, most importantly, increasing conversions.

It's not a built in feature, but I suspect you could watch for the existence of the error div in the page, and when that is present on reloading the form, you trigger your admin email. It's a neat idea. Thank you for the suggestion.
