Errors when exporting a form

  1. Error with Gravity forms version 1.4.3.1 when trying to export a form (not entries).

I've tried it on two different sites, both running the latest version of Gravity forms with the same error. Any ideas?

  2. Nobody else is having this issue so it is specific to your sites and how they are setup.

It's a PHP issue, not a Gravity Forms issue and has to do with extra white space appearing in the PHP at the beginning of end of the PHP file. The Gravity Forms files themselves do not have this issue so it must have been introduced when you uploaded the files, or when they were installed.

You may want to try re-downloading Gravity Forms from this site, and re-installing. Try using the built in plugin uploader (go to plugins then add new and choose upload) and upload the zip file that way if you originally uploaded via FTP. Or if you originally uploaded it this way, try doing it via FTP instead.

This issue is discussed in the WordPress FAQ here:

  3. Ahh.. yeah. OK that worked. Downloaded a fresh copy of the plugin from here and uploaded via FTP. Not sure what happened to the original.

    Thanks for your help! :)
