Excessive Breaks in Email Notification

My client is getting a strange large grey box at the top of the form email notification. I looked at the email code and it seems that it's got like 40-50 <br> at the top of the form. I don't know how I can remove those. I read a few posts and they said to check the "Disable Auto-Formating" box, but that didn't seem to fix it.

Here's the code that is in the Email: http://snippi.com/s/wyxsf1u
You can see on line 251 is where the crazy <br> are showing up. Here's a screenshot of the email code in coda for clarification: http://cl.ly/Hwsd

And here's a screenshot of the actual email in a browser:
    Part 1: http://cl.ly/HwAt
    Part 2: http://cl.ly/Hwpd

It's really a strange deal since the <br> are not in the actual HTML code.

Any ideas or help would be appreciated, thanks!

I've tested it in Apple Mail, iCloud, and Gmail and they all have the excessive spacing.

  4. Can you export that form and send it to me attached in an email to chris@rocketgenius.com

I think it is probably something in the CSS but without having the actual notification it will be hard to troubleshoot. Thanks.

This is fixed, it was a theme issue with WooThemes SupportPress theme. I found the fix on their forum here: http://www.woothemes.com/support-forum/?viewtopic=64131

    Thanks for your help.
