Expiring the thank you page

Is there a hook in Gravity Forms that you can call to prevent the confirmation page from displaying unless there was a form just submitted?

IT seems as though some visitors bookmark the confirmation (thank you) page and keep hitting that page, skewing the conversion results. I was hoping there might be a hook I can call when this page is called that confirms that it's called from the form submission and not directly.
