Export Broken

  1. When I try to export the entries for any form, the spinner appears and nothing happens.

I have done the conflict checking and no plugin seems to be causing it not to work.

However I do get the following Error in Chrome Dev Tools

Uncaught SyntaxError: Unexpected token ILLEGAL tw-sack.min.js:1
    runResponse tw-sack.min.js:1
    xmlhttp.onreadystatechange

    Any ideas?

When you tested with twenty twelve did you try disabling any other plugins?

  5. With Twenty Twelve active Gravity Forms was the only active plugin.

I am not seeing those errors on my test setup, are you trying to export all the entries for a particular form, if so can you try restricting the date range to reduce the number of entries being exported to see if it is a php memory problem.

  9. I have no other options, my process is as follows.

Forms > Import/Export > Export Entries > Select the form > Nothing but the spinning gif loader.

Are you experiencing any problems with other areas of the plugin such as creating, editing and saving forms.

  11. Everything else from the plugin seems to be functioning correctly.

Strange, just out of interest have you tried another browser

  13. In another browser I get the same spinning loader GIF. I tried exporting the forms as XML with success, it seems the exporting of entries still will not work. Are these stored anywhere so I can retrieve them manually to send onto the client?

tw-sack.min.js isn't a Gravity Forms file, if i remember correctly it is a script that comes bundled with WordPress. As you are running the latest versions of WordPress and Gravity Forms and have gone through the theme/plugin conflict testing steps and the problem remains I am afraid I am out of ideas, it looks like this is one for the developers.
