Export data using Country Codes

I need to import my exported data into another program, however I have noticed that the exported data has the full Country name rather then a country ISO code

Is there a way to export the data using Country Codes?

Or does anyone know how to convert it in excel, is there a way?

Currently it does not export Country Codes as we don't have the Country Codes in the database. You would have to manipulate the data after exporting to CSV using some other tool. I don't have any suggestions as i'm not familiar with tools that do this.
