Export entries not working

  1. Hello,
    When I try to export form entries to csv i get error:
    In chrome:
    The webpage at http://warsztatymb.pl/wp-admin/admin.php?page=gf_export might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.
    Error 330 (net::ERR_CONTENT_DECODING_FAILED): Unknown error.

    In Safari:
    http://warsztatymb.pl/wp-admin/admin.php?page=gf_export&view=export_entry. The error is: "cannot decode raw data" NSURLErrorDomain:-1015

    I'll appriciate your help on that as this is very crusial feature I need to use.

    Doing a Google Search for these errors says that it is usually one of two things - browser (but you've tried two different ones) or a plugin issue (usually a caching or minify plugin). Can you try the following steps to try to isolate the source? http://www.gravityhelp.com/documentation/page/Testing_for_a_Theme/Plugin_Conflict

  3. I'll try it, can you tell me though if I deactivate theme or plugins and reactivate them, I won't loose settings etc..? I've never done that before...

    For the most part, settings are stored in the database. No settings, forms, etc in Gravity Forms will be lost by deactivating and re-activating, but I can't speak for all plugins. At the end of the day though, it is the only way to isolate the source of the issue.

  5. Ok I did everything according to your suggestions from the different post.
    I Checked if the plugin works on twenty eleven theme and without plugins. It does not export entries. It does export forms though.

    According to my check it seem it's not theme and others plugin conflict...

    Can you give me some other suggestions? Is there some other possibility to repair it. Exporting It's a crusial feature i need with the forms

  7. Priority Support is available only to developer license holders.

    You can continue troubleshooting on your own. I would check for PHP or Apache error logs to see if anything is logged when you attempt to export the entries.

    You can also enable WP_DEBUG to get more useful information from WordPress. http://codex.wordpress.org/WP_DEBUG

    See if anything at all shows up from the time when you access the admin to start your export.
