Export entry fatal error: out of memory

  1. Our form: http://www.kalamazoojuniorgolf.org/registration
    GF ver: 1.6.4.1
    WP ver: 3.3.1

Trying to export our form with 130 entries and lots of fields and had a blank sheet. I've read similar support issues posted on the forum and have applied the suggest memory limit setting in wp-config.php and php.ini. I've set both memory settings to 256M and we're still getting a blank sheet. I've also disabled all plugins not needed currently (antivirus, website defender, block bad queries, exploit scanner and backups) and we're still getting a blank sheet.

I've installed a memory usage plugin as suggested in a forum response and found out that all the above plugins used only 2Mb and with the increase memory limit, the site is only running at 10% of allocated memory. I was able to get partial export (with/without above plugins enabled) by selecting a range of date for example 4/18 (first entry) to 5/11 and extracted 90+ entries. Outside of this range, I will get a fatal error. Here's one of them: <b>Fatal error</b>: Out of memory (allocated 29622272) (tried to allocate 38482 bytes) in <b>/homepages/45/d317732876/htdocs/kjga2/wp-content/plugins/gravityforms/export.php</b> on line <b>603</b>

We anticipate we'll have more (3x what we have now) in a few weeks. Is there a limit to how many fields and/or entries we can export? Or are there other issues with my site that I'm not aware of that's affecting gravity forms from exporting all my entries?

Appreciate any help / insight you have. Thanks in advance!
