hi. I have a site I restored using backupbuddy.
I'm using this restore to move areas like widgets and forms.
when I try and export my gravity forms its failing and goes to a white page with some strange symbols

that's what I get in my browser after I submit. its totally white and those 4 whatevers.
any idea on what I can do to export out of this? or does backupbuddy cause some issues?

What do you mean by export my gravity forms? Are you trying to use our export tool?
hi. yes I go to export form, I choose a form to export and then hit the Download Export button
what happens each time is the page loads a blank white page with a strange symbol on it. I've checked it in IE and it looks like a small rectangle. I've attached a link

Looks to me like you might have a plugin conflict causing things to not work. If you view source that page, you can see the XML is starting to be generated but doesn't work as expected. Can you try the following to isolate the issue - http://www.gravityhelp.com/documentation/page/Testing_for_a_Theme/Plugin_Conflict
If that doesn't work, maybe repairing the forms using our Meta Recovery tool might help so that things can export properly. Let me know when you are at this point please.
hi. I've turned off the all the plugins but gravity forms, and changed the theme over but the same thing is happening.
maybe backup buddy smashed it. I need to move on so I'm going to recreate them by hand.
