Facebook page with form not working

I've built a facebook fan page that has Gravity Forms embeded in its Wordpress page. The form displays OK, but when I submit it, with data or without it, I get the same form back and no data is saved.

I don't see any erros in my php logs or in developer console of Chrome. Any suggestion how to debug this?

My bad. fanpageconnect.com plugin is breaking your plugin. I'll talk to their support.
