    Getting the following error when some users are submitting. The form goes through and is recorded in the Entries. Any ideas? Thanks!

    Fatal error: Call to a member function getFirstFormEntryId() on a non-object in /home/dogwoodarts/dogwoodarts.com/site/wp-content/plugins/cart66/models/Cart66ShortcodeManager.php on line 823
