Fatal error: Call to undefined function

  1. Hello.

I'm experiencing the following error on the forms page of wordpress. Everything is up to date and the forms appear to be working, I just can't access the form software from the wordpress backend.

    This is the error message:

    Conversion
Fatal error: Call to undefined function gform_tooltip() in /....../plugins/gravityforms/form_list.php on line 173

Thanks in anticipation for any help.

  2. Please provide a URL to a page on your site where a form is embedded.

Also, please confirm the version of WordPress and Gravity Forms you are using.

The function gform_tooltip is defined on line 15 in tooltips.php. It's possible your installation or upgrade was not completed properly. Can you download a fresh copy from here http://www.gravityhelp.com/downloads/ and install it manually?

Delete the old wp-content/plugins/gravityforms/ folder and then install this plugin from the plugin manager by uploading new. If you delete the plugin folder like this, you won't lose any of your forms or entries.
