Fatal error: Cannot redeclare gravity_form()

  1. New to wordpress and code but installed this plugin and I got the following error. I'm thinking there is a simple solution.

    I have deleted the plugin and reinstalled is this issue and what do I need to do?

  2. Something is wrong with the plugin files you have, probably an extra space somewhere caused when you downloaded the plugin. I would suggest downloading the plugin files again, deleting it from your server, and re-uploading using FTP.

    If you are using the WordPress Upload Plugin functionality to install the plugin, this isn't always 100% reliable and sometimes has issues with plugin files. FTP is a safer way to install plugins.
