Fatal Error - SSL certificate problem

    I get this error on my install of Campaign Monitor Plug in:

    Fatal error: Error making request with curl_error: SSL certificate problem, verify that the CA cert is OK. Details: error:14090086:SSL routines:SSL3_GET_SERVER_CERTIFICATE:certificate verify failed in /web2/user41473/website/wp-content/plugins/gravityformscampaignmonitor/api/class/transport.php on line 131

    I'm not using SSL as far as I'm aware... can anyone shed any light on this please,
