    Looks like either the plugin isn't activated properly or there is something unusual with your local wamp install configuration. Nobody else is reporting this issue with 1.3.7 and it has been out for quite awhile now.

    Try removing the plugin and reinstalling. Unfortunately since you are running it on a local install under wamp it is difficult for us to debug, if it was on a web host it would be easier for us to look into it.
