Fatal error when users submit the form (urgent)

    Hi, I encountered a fatal error on one of my main forms. When users complete and submit the form, they are being shown the fatal error page. The screenshot of this error is here https://www.dropbox.com/s/t78jgloh2nzooc2/31-10-2012%2010-08-20%20a-m-.jpg

    I also noticed that the submissions didn't being sent to the email address. Would someone be able to help me out! Thank you.

    That error shows your host is allowing 40MB of RAM for PHP. You may need more RAM for your installation and application. Please see here about increasing the RAM available to both PHP and WordPress http://www.nerdgrind.com/increase-wordpress-and-php-memory-limit/
