Fatal Error while activating the plugin

  1. Hi,

I have just purchased this plugin and I am receiving this Fatal Error.
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 1966080 bytes) in /home/estheti/public_html/gec/wp-content/plugins/gravityforms/common.php on line 3464

I contacted my hosting they are saying that the memory size is already 64M and they won't increase it more.
Please help me in this regard, its pretty urgent.

    Thanks

  2. It does look like you are out of memory at 64MB. That's bad that they won't increase it. It's either theme files or plugins which are sucking it all up. If you cannot ditch anything unused, you would need to get a new host as it sounds like you need more resources than they can offer you.

Are there any unused plugins you can ditch to try to free up memory?

  3. I just figured out that I am using WPML plugin and its conflicting with it. I can't stop using WPML plugin.

The error you posted is not a conflict error, it is a resource error. You ran out of memory. You are running memory intensive plugins on WordPress, and so disabling any of the large users of memory (WPML or Gravity Forms for example) will make it seem like things are working fine again. You need more RAM available to PHP and WordPress if you want to run everything, all the time.

It is saying that you don't have 128MB of memory available to WordPress. Can you please look at this tutorial. http://www.nerdgrind.com/increase-wordpress-and-php-memory-limit/
