Featured Image Upload Fails if Large File

  1. Love the plugin, but am having an annoying issue. If I upload a small image with the form, the form creates a post with the featured image and all is well. However, if the image is large, I get the following error message:

Warning: copy(FAILED (Temporary file could not be copied.)) [function.copy]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in wp-content/plugins/gravityforms/forms_model.php on line 1793.

I've checked and double-checked permissions to make sure the uploads folder is 777, but still can't get around the large-file error message. Any solution to this? Alternatively, any way to limit image upload sizes to avoid the error?

    Thanks in advance....
