My field label is all "scrunched up" on the left of the field. I placed a sample here http://www.bastropcustomhomebuilder.com/cabinet-quote/ This is top aligned above inputs. left aligned doesn't look much better.

This is a theme stylesheet issue. The fields aren't being top aligned. The theme is forcing them to be left aligned and applying styles that is causing this issue.

The WooThemes CSS is forcing the left aligned labels via CSS so your label selection in the form settings is being overridden by the theme. The fix is to correct the theme CSS as outlined in the forum post I linked to above.
I have been in touch with the WooThemes team on this issue and we'll be working with them to get the styles in their themes corrected.
