Field Titles missing

    I seemed to miss my field titles or they are blending into the site... http://www.buyafanpage.com/contact-us/

    I can't seem to figure what to change in order to fix it?

    Line 18 of your theme's style.css file is setting all of the body text to #FFF (white) and that's causing your problem. The labels are inheriting from that rule. You can see that when it's disabled, everything displays properly.

    Since it looks like all of your content is on a white background anyhow, you'll probably run into the same issue with other non-GF content as well. I would suggest simply removing the color property from the body rule.
