Hello. Two times I have had this problem...
I create a form with many fields, saving/updating as I go and viewing/testing it on a wordpress page.
Later I return to the form and the fields (say the last 50%) of the ones I created are gone.
I updated many times. No one else is working with the forms.
Anyone else have this problem, or hear of it?
Do you have a solution?
We have no reports of forms having fields getting deleted (and we have thousands of users) so it is most likely something specific to your site.
I would need to know:
- What version of Gravity Forms is the site running
- What you are doing, step by step to try and recreate the issue.
If we are unable to recreate the issue on my end then i'll need access to the site it is occurring on to recreate it there because it is most likely site specific.
