fields while in "edit form" being moved over to the right

    Hey guys,

    I'm trying to edit my form, but it seems that there is some formatting or layout issue within the form editing box. Basically, all my fields have visually SHIFTED over to the right, so that only part of the field is being shown. I can edit some fields, but I cannot see/edit others.

    This is sort of difficult to explain with text, so here is a screenie:

    Notice how you can't see exactly what fields are being edited?

    Any ideas?

    this is either a theme conflict or an issue with another plugin. You can find more information on this previous topic.
