File Attachment Error

    Hi,

We are experiencing the following error when attaching an image file in our gravity forms.

User completes form incorrectly after attaching an image file to the form. They submit the form and it shows them the error messages. The attachment still shows as uploaded. The user completes the errors and then submits the form.

For some reason, the attachment doesn't actually get submitted if the user causes the form to error out before submission.

The attachment/file upload DOES submit IF the form is filled out 100% correctly the first time.

Anyone know how to fix this issue?

    Thank you!

Are you using the latest Gravity Forms and WordPress versions? Are you using any caching or minify plugins?

Yes we have the most up to date gravity forms plugin. No, not using any caching or minify plugins.

Any thoughts? I can provide a link so you can see what is occurring if you are able to help?

A link would be helpful. And can you send an XML export of the form to peralty@rocketgenius.com?

  7. I'm noticing some of my uploads are failing as well. Not all are failing though. I'm currently trying different file sizes to see if that's the problem.

  9. I was able to get mine fixed. I just needed to adjust the PHP info for file size and timeout.

    Chris,

Will someone be contacting us in regards to this problem? It is not a timeout issue or size issue for us. Haven't heard a word from anyone and this is a major problem.

  12. Sarah, I would contact David again at peralty@rocketgenius.com since you have already sent him the form. It's likely he's already working on it. I will let him know you are looking for an answer ASAP.
