file upload problem

    i'm having an issue with the upload file feature. when i'm in the wordpress backend and hit "preview form" and test the upload it works perfect. then when i publish it, it doesn't work. there's no error message, it says it was successful. it just never created the new directory or anything. the page URL is below ... the PW is "testing"

    It sounds like a file permission issue if it's not creating the directories and files. Make sure your wp-content/uploads/gravity_forms folder is set to CHMOD 755. You can also test with CHMOD 777.
