    Hi,

    I'm trying to figure out a way to setup flexible shipping based on the quantity purchased.

    ie 1 item = X shipping
    2-5 items = Y shipping cost
    6-10 items = Z shipping cost

    etc.

    what's the easiest way to set this up?

    Ditto. If a customer buys 10 items, the total cost per product and per item shipping goes down...

    I've tried some creative logic but its just not working.

    This is not a feature of Gravity Forms. Gravity Forms was not designed to be a complete commerce solution. Any solution you create to handle this would have to be custom, for your needs.
