Forcing a category

  1. My forms are at http://dev.hoffmangraphics.com/join-soco. It's getting pretty close but I'm struggling with this. I'm requiring one category and giving an optional second category. Then I want to force each entry to ALSO be listed in the category. "member". What I did was add a post field for Category, selected only the category "member" and made it so only Admin sees it. Then I added that field to my content template. I expected that the post would then include the member category and it doesn't. Do I have to make it visible to all or how should I be handling this? Thanks.

  2. We will look into this, the Post Category field when set to a specific category and admin only. Sounds like a bug. I have recreated it on our end and we will take care of this. It will be included in the 1.5 release.
