    Hello,

I am interested in creating a form like this: http://screencast.com/t/wurIzo48
    I am imagining
    - a background image--will below link answer my question on the form wrapper? http://www.gravityhelp.com/documentation/page/CSS_Targeting_Samples .
    - An html field on the left column and three fields to the right column. Same dimensions as the image shown. Another html field on the bottom.

Guidance is very much appreciated. Thank you.

  2. You can try using the Ready Classes here, but my guess is you're going to potentially need to do some custom CSS. See how far you get and post a link to your form if you get stuck.

    Hello,

    I'm running into:
    1. blank form on widget only 'submit' visible.
    2. is it possible to have a shortcode for the fields and the submit button with no labels?

    Please advise. Thank you.

  5. Can you point me as to where to go on this site to view the form in question.

The code is pasted on a text widget using the PHP Code widget from PHP Execution. You can pretty much put the form code anywhere to test. It is currently on one of the Footer Area Two.

    Thank you.

  7. The only thing I see on your site is the default Twenty Eleven theme and cforms. I'd prefer you place the form and point me to a URL (on the theme you plan on using) so I can see about helping you out.

    OK.
-Switched to a theme I am planning on using.
    -disabled the other forms.
-Added code for GF to the widget called 'Home Contact Widget'
The fields appear but for a blink and then gone. Only leaving the submit.

  9. Samantha, it looks like the form you are using has no fields: Screenshot

That flicker you may be seeing is the honeypot setting you have activated in the form settings.

Sorry about that. I thought I saved the form :)

    Almost there..
There are required fields. Would like for validation messages
    1. to appear inside the field when the field is left blank after clicking Submit or
    2. have the validation message appear in a popup.

    Please advise. Thank you.
