Form Architecture question - Change form recipient based on drop down

Hey all-

I need to create several forms that send email to a specific address based on the drop down the user chooses.

For example: If they user chooses "support", the email should go to "support@mydomain.com"
If they choose "operations," the email should go to "operations@mydomain.com."

Can anyone give me some insight on how to do this?
