Form creation issue - Cannot see fields

  1. Hi guys / girls, I am getting a visual error when trying to create new forms. I have just installed the plugin and when i go to create a new form and change the form title or add new elements (single line text box etc) i cannot see the fields, its as though everything is pushed to the left and the admin css / setup is out of whack...

Here are a couple of screenshots to demonstrate the error.

I have the "Appointment" theme by Templatic installed.

    Pre-thanks,

    Lucas

  2. This is a theme or plugin conflict and something we've seen a few times before here. Something else is inserting CSS on the GF editor page when it shouldn't be. Try testing for conflicts. You can find out how to do that here.

  3. Hi Kevin, thanks for the prompt reply... I read the Theme / Plugin Conflict post before I posted my issue... I only have askimet and gravity installed as plugins currently and askimet isn't even activated yet as i only installed Wordpress and threw up the site earlier today...I have switched themes to Twenty Ten and tried another theme also and got the same issue every time...Even after deleting the theme completely from my admin I still got the conflict so im a little lost for a solution...

There are no known issues with Twenty Ten, WordPress and Akismet so there has to be something else going on with your site. Possibly a file permission issue. If we can login and see the issue happening we can determine what is going on.
