Form Displays Improperly

  1. My form is not displaying properly. All of the Titles are bunched up on the left side of the text box, and i want it above the text box. Please let me know how to fix this. Here is a link to the form. http://new.tbsoc.com/calendar/donnellinjulyrsvp/

    I have tried it with and without AJAX enabled.

  2. You're using a theme from WooThemes and they have Gravity Forms specific styles in their theme stylesheets that override the top label option and force all of the labels to float to the left. You'll need to touch base with the Woo support team and see what they suggest to reset the styles so the top label option works properly,
