Form doesn't display confirmation upon submission

  1. Hello Gravity Forms Support,

I am having an issue with a client site's forms not displaying the confirmation upon submission. The form entry goes through great, but it doesn't display any feedback. Any thoughts?

    Thanks in advance.

  2. What type of confirmation are you using? Text, redirect or page? If text, what is the content of your text confirmation?

I just visited the site and there are no scripts or styles being loaded for Gravity Forms. Screenshot: http://minus.com/lvzp8djJ47gHr

Can you ensure that "Output CSS" is checked on this page http://cubiclesplus.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=gf_settings

Also, with the missing scripts, it's possible your theme is missing a call to wp_head() or wp_footer(). Can you please check that.

We will have to fix these basic problems before moving on to your confirmation message. I could not submit the form due to jQuery missing.

  3. The theme didn't have a wp_head tag. That fixed it. Thanks!
