Form doesn't submit

I'm having an issue getting the form to submit:

    http://scottlasserbooks.com/contact/

I've installed this like I have previously, but it is not working. I do not get a confirmation message, warning that I didn't fill out fields, nor does it submit either to email or the entries section in the backend. I've already followed the steps of deactivating theme, activating 2010 and testing. I also deactivated all plugins and still get the same results.

Your help would be GREATLY appreciated.

    Thank you,

    Jordan C.

I'd also like to note that the form DOES seem to work in the preview window.

  3. Same here, after upgrades Gravity ceases to submit. I have no clue, all my client's Gravity Forms hang on submit right now.

    PHP version 5.3.26
    MySQL version 5.5.32
    WordPress version 3.5.2
    Gravity Forms version 1.7.5

    Hope there's a solution soon!!

  4. If the form works via the form builder preview window then there is a conflict of some kind on the front-end.

  5. ps. the only difference i find compared to working Gravity Forms (with roughly the same objects such as radio buttons) is that the one not working requires the user to be logged in.
i am logged in, as admin, yet it hangs on submit.

Also, I can not find a way to turn off AJAX?

  6. Thanks Rob, looking into it now.

Also, the form not working anymore also has HTML markup in the notification text area. (the other forms don't). Just for your information.
