Form doesn't submit in IE10

  1. I have a form that has been in place for 6 months, and has been working fine in Chrome, FF, Safari and IE9. However, with IE10, when clicking the submit button, it displays the ajax icon and just sits there.

Sometimes it will do the post, as evidenced by multiple submissions saved in the database, and other times it will not post. In no case do I get to the notification page.

    This form is here: http://www.roti.com/contact/

Any advice you can offer would be much appreciated.

    Thanks!
    Wally

Can I have you please try out troubleshooting steps listed here. http://www.gravityhelp.com/documentation/page/Testing_for_a_Theme/Plugin_Conflict

Specifically, I'm curious if it is a theme conflict.

  3. Will do ... but I'll have to wait until tonight, as I can't change themes out in the middle of the day. I'll reply with results of the test.

    Thanks for your tips!

  4. I was able to test the form tonight with the 2012 standard theme, and the form works there.

Can you point me in any specific direction, or am I off debugging CSS and/or php?

  5. Wow! I just saw this post in the "similar topics" section on the right: http://www.gravityhelp.com/forums/topic/after-pressing-submit-form-refreshes-without-sending and so I tried turning off custom permalinks (switching to the default) and then turning custom permalinks back on, and the form is now submitting.

Don't quite understand that, but it is working now.
