Form Editor. All fields are grey. Can't edit

    I've just gone back to a form I created a few months ago and I cannot get the editor to work. The fields I created are just greyed out and if I try to drag one over to the form nothing happens. I'm running the latest version of Gravity Forms. What am I missing?

    You will want to test for a theme/plugin conflict here as that is definitely not normal behavior.

    You could always try turning on the "No Conflict Mode" on the Gravity Forms settings page (where you enter your license key) to see if that makes a difference for you. Otherwise, you'd need to reach out to the theme creator. They are most likely outputting scripts on our admin pages unnecessarily.

    I am having the same issue. No Conflict mode is on. Testing Plug ins did not help, and The Theme Test did not either. Any other suggestions?

    Let me amend my statement. My form was created while ago and was working. I was having the same editing issue but that has been amended with deactivating plugins. I seem to have a second issue with one of the forms no longer displaying. The page is blank. My other one displays the information but is not displaying it properly. My apologies.
