Form editor not showing the rest of sidebar & submit button

    When I go to add a new form, I cant see the rest of the right sidebar and it pushes the submit button off the page (sidebar is not collapsable). Screenshot here: http://cl.ly/image/3q0D1P0o0q2C

    I've tried it on Safari, Chrome and IE and still the same behaviour. It's the latest version of Gravity Form and WP running 3.5.

    Please help?

    You most likely have a theme or plugin conflict, preventing those elements from collapsing. Please follow the troubleshooting steps found here http://rkt.gs/testing
