  3. 1.4.5. I downloaded an export of the form in question and the incorrect info isn't in the database, just the display. Hence the post deletion. I figured it was Firefox auto-complete causing it.

  4. @Shelley It could be a browser specific issue with auto-complete. Can you try other browsers such as Chrome and Safari and let us know if you encounter the same issue?
