What would have happened that would have stopped all the forms from being entered on the site? This was working on the development version but not now.

Well, there's not enough information here to tell for sure. Which version of Gravity Forms/WordPress are you using? When you say this was working on the "development version" are you referring to a local WordPress installation or something else?

Latest and latest.
Development was the exact version of the site (not both the latest plugins), that was then moved over to a different server to put live. (Dev bluehost, live site5 both lamp servers)
The live site will even thank users for submitting forms… without anything being saved. It will connect with the mailchimp plugin (will add them to the MC list), but it's not saved and I don't get emails.
Has the form DB changed at all, I'm debating deleting it and restarting but I don't want to have to recreate the forms.
