Form entries list shows blanks

  1. Hi,
    I've setup a form and everything seems to be working correctly.
    But when I go to my entries list, I get a list of check boxes, stars and blank information where it usually shows the entry information.
    When I print the entries, all the information seems to be there.
    Why would it not present the information for this form?
    When I view another form the information is listed.
