Form Entry Responses

  1. Hi there

I just purchased GF and trying to get to grips with my limited HTML/CSS/JS knowledge.

I am looking for something very particular and effectively use GF & the GF Directory plugin to act as a 'Jobs Marketplace' style platform.

So in affect what will happen is...

    a) Company uses GF to post job, asking for their skillset on a scale of 1-5 - (posted to the directory)
    b) Employee clicks on the post to read up about it and responds to skillset question e.g. 'How IT literate are you?' Poor-Excellent radio button select - fill in questions and submit.
    c) Company can view individual responses in a new directory and select their favourite.

OK so with that process in mind, my questions are...

    1) How can I add an image/link to the initial form (hidden from the Company) so that the Employee can click and respond?

    2) Can that link duplicate the initial form for the Employee to fill in their own form? (so rather than us manually creating a new form each time based on the questions the Company wishes to ask, by clicking on the button it duplicates the form for ease).

    3) Can that duplicate form then be pulled into a new Directory we create called 'Respondents' etc?

Any help very much appreciate, alternatively suggestions for workarounds would be fantastic!

Thanks in advance for your time!

  2. 1) What are you trying to hide and from who? Would this be a link in a WordPress page or post, and just be a link to your form? Nothing to do with Gravity Forms yet?

    2) I'm not clear what you're looking for here. Normally, you create one form for each group of information you want to collect, then just reuse that over and over. Can you explain how this is supposed to work?

    3) Directory questions will have to be directed to the author of that plugin.

Do you have any of this online now?
