Form Fields Cut Off

    Form fields on some pages are cut off on the right side. Any thoughts on what we need to adjust?

    I didn't notice any of the fields being truncated either. Usually that's indicative of excess padding applied to the inputs and the borders are pushed outside of the viewable area of the form container. I'm not seeing that on your form as I expected though.
