Form Fields Won't Edit

I haven't run into this before, but when I create a new form and I add fields I'm not able to edit the field parameters. When I click on the "edit" link for the field, the field turns blue, but won't drop down all of the available options. I've checked it in FF and IE but no luck. I also uninstalled and reinstalled with the latest version. Any ideas what might be causing the problem? Thanks.
