Form is not loading in a page - Please help!

  1. This probem is a bit weird. I've 5 forms loading in five different pages, under the same domain, same wordpress settings. But 4 pages are loading fine, but form is not loading in a specific page.

It's a blank page, no text, no image.

    Not Loading - http://wprockers.com/order-now
    Loading - http://wprockers.com/contact

    Please help.

    Thanks.

  2. I can see the markup

    <div class='gf_browser_gecko gform_wrapper' id='gform_wrapper_1' style='display:none'>

    Why "display"="none" here?

It is to do with the conditional logic on that form, gravity forms initially hides all the form and then as the page finishes up loading reveals only the fields that it needs to. Gravity Forms v1.6.3 has now been released, you should update to that and then see if the problem persists, as they fixed a couple of issues with conditional logic in this new release.

@Tom Tong what version of gravity forms are you running and you need to include a link to the page with you form so we can take a look at it.

@Tom Tong are those the correct links because I can't see any evidence of any gravity forms on either of those two pages you linked to not even set to display:none.

Edit: Never mind you figured it out

  11. I don't understand, it's working fine in other pages. In that case, it's not related to jQuery then.

  14. Hello juhasan,

You must have a javascript error on your page.
I have just corrected a piece of my code to handle a possible undefined variable, which bugged my script out.

Are your forms still available at the provided address, so I may have a quick look ?

    Regards,
    Antoine

  15. Yes, Juhasan, looks like something called ShareBar is throwing a JS error. Have you tried disabling that plugin to see if the form shows up?
