Form isn't displayed

    Hi,

    One of my form, with conditional logic, has disappeared of my site. Here : http://www.vbexpertise-retraite.com/inscription/

    It was working fine a few days ago. I made a lot of modifications recently on my website so i don't know exactly waht is wrong or could have caused this. I've already checked that the footer.php is ok, and when i switch to the default theme the form appears.

    Could you help me ?

    When you changed the theme, it worked, which means you have a theme conflict. This is likely due to a jQuery or Javascript error, or the wrong jQuery version. If the form were not showing, we could check for the conflict which was preventing it, but since the form is showing up now, looks like you changed something to take care of it? Or, do you still have a problem?

    Thanks, i've figured it out before your answer :)

    It was indeed because the theme used an old version of jQuery

    Anyway thanks for your reactivity ;)
