Form isn't saving entries

  1. I have visited other threads and I cannot nail this down. I test the form on my end and the entry goes into the database. Everyone else for some reason cannot enter a form. .

I did a quick check for jquery conflicts and jquery only gets called once. The form does have conditional logic.

  2. You do have a JS error: Screenshot

Have you run the plugin/theme conflict gambit yet? And when you say you can fill out the form, is it because you are logged into the site?

  3. Thanks for that.

Just as an FYI that code was added recently. I disabled it, however I've been having problems with the form saving before this got added. I switched the forms to ajax just to see if that will help. Is there any other reason / place I can check to see why the forms not saving?

  4. I just submitted the form Screenshot

Can you check and see if it went through. Also, make sure entries aren't getting spammed either. There is a "Spam" section on the entries screen.

  5. Your Entry went through

I don't see a SPAM section, no do I know why AJAX worked. . .does it have to be activated with conditional logic?
