Form isn't sending notification

    I have 4 forms on my website for each package. One of my forms is not sending a notification but all the others are. All the forms are setup the same in the notifications tab except for the "Send email to" field in which all four forms go to different email addresses.

    I've checked the email by sending emails from it, and by sending emails to it in both cases it works. It's not sending from the wordpress site to the email listed in the "send email to" nor is it sending a confirmation email to the "user"

    -EDIT-
    As per looking at another thread I did try to view the entry (which shows up perfectly) and then I tried to "resend notification" and it instantly worked.

    Wont be able to send the site over as form is inside a membership area (complicated)

  2. I'm having the same problem. Only the last week has the notifications stopped being sent. Have completed review of conflicting plug-ins, but still the same issue. No notification when form is completed. Link to one of the forms as it affects each of them. http://houseyoucanafford.com/rate-quote/

Might be a tie in with your payment processor (if you are using one)?

  5. I'm having this same problem; only with 1 out of 5 forms. At first I thought it was because a text confirmation (rather than a page confirmation) was being used. But changing that did not help.

    Then I thought it had to do with the fact that the form resides in a widget was the problem. But, loaded the form onto a page content area, and still no luck.

    Finally, I created a new form, and it worked. Could not discover why earlier one did not.
